Return Policy
Please review the product label prior to opening products. You may return unopened items purchased from Garden of Healing for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase - excluding refrigerated, special order, cosmetics, books or clearance products. (Sales on these products are final.)
Return Instructions
- Step 1: Contact Customer Service at 920-***-**** or at info @ gheal.io for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- Step 2: Safely package and return your items in sturdy packaging. Products must be received unopened and in new condition. Package items tightly and securely as we need to receive them in new condition. We are not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned items.
- Step 3: Enclose the Return Merchandise Authorization in your packaging.
- Step 4: Seal the package securely and return to the address below:

- Step 5: Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns after 30 days.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
Our error rate is very low and occasionally we make an error and ship the incorrect item. Please double check the email confirmation you received at the time of your order and if we made an error, please call us at 1-920 and we will immediately correct it.
If you made an error and want to return or exchange an item - no problem! Just return it as directed above and we'll take care of it.
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our facility, it goes through many hands - products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and be sure to retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows:
• You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
• If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order.
