With each new tree and flower planted, these mothers are taking positive action to build public awareness of the problem of gun violence and invest in the future of New Haven’s community.
Located on the roof of the Children’s National main hospital, patients and visitors can relax at a soothing water feature, walk through a labyrinth for meditation and calming or simply enjoy trees, flowers and a variety of plants and shrubs.
